Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding between Webb County, the City of Rio Bravo, the City of El Cenizo, and the South Texas Development Council to establish commitment and to form a cooperative working relationship between all parties in the development and implementation of the Webb County Hazard Mitigation Plan. The term of this memorandum of understanding will be in effect from the date of signature of all parties and will remain in effect through the duration of the planning process, and will terminate after adoption of the final Federal Emergency Management Agency approved mitigation plan by all Parties, or 5 years after Federal Emergency Management Agency approval,whichever is earlier, and any other matters incident thereto.
