Discussion and possible action to approve or amend the recommendation of the County Energy Transportation Reinvestment Zone (CETRZ) Advisory Board to update and prioritize list of county transportation infrastructure projects, as per the County Transportation Infrastructure Fund Grant Program - to be submitted to the Texas Department of Transportation. Project consultants, Totem LLC and S&B Infrastructure, will continue to meet with energy industry representatives to collaborate and maximize the use of grant funds and the improvement to county roads. As per the grant agreement, Webb County may update the list of transportation infrastructure project during the agreement period. [Requested by the CETRZ Board]
